1. Eligibility: Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" is open to individuals who are 17 years of age or older.
People associated with The Evil Ed's Walking Dead Podcast and all sponsors, as well of those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Giveaway, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, sponsors, prize suppliers any other person or entity associated with the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are NOT eligible. All federal, state and local, provincial, city and municipal laws and regulations apply.

2. Sponsor: Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" is managed by The Evil Ed's Walking Dead Podcast.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Entry Period: Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" starts on August 1, 2011 at Noon Standard Time and ends , October 17, 2011 Midnight Standard time.

5. Entry: It's simple, you like all the pages involved, and invite your friends to the contest event on facebook. Three random fans who are active on all the pages involved will be chosen through a process. If they meet the other rules of the giveaway they will win. Names will be chosen until we have three people to place in the drawing for prizes in which Third place through grand prize will be assigned at random.

Grand prize terms-
The winner of the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" will have his or her likeness used in the design, sculpture and production of a new ZOMBIES UNLEASHED statue from QUARANTINE STUDIO. In addition to having their face replicated, the winner may choose from a list of QUARANTINE STUDIO approved "styles" of character. They are:
Doctor, Nurse, Construction worker, Survivalist (Zombie killer?), Policeman, Firefighter, Solider, Cook, Stewardess, Dancer (not stripper). The actual uniform or costume design is not up to debate for any choice. We will do our best to portray an accurate vision of any chosen character style and keep the design as "tasteful" as a fetid corpse can be. No exposed genitalia or hooters.
The ultimate design of the statue is solely the purview of QUARANTINE STUDIO. Please keep in mind, friends, we're talking about a rotten corpse. So if you're a pretty gal or a handsome chap, don't expect to use a picture of your ZOMBIES UNLEASHED portrait for your passport, driver's license, or to woo the opposite sex. We suspect your face will look a tad different than you're used to.
The winner's first name may also be used in the ZOMBIES UNLEASHED character title for the statue based on them, if the winner chooses to do so. Last names will not be used.
The winner will also receive (2) copies of the finished statue, signed by the sculptor, along with other prizes, including other statues from the ZOMBIES UNLEASHED line.
The winner will be required to sign a release (minors will need a parent/guardian signature). The release will contain legal mumbo jumbo to protect QUARANTINE STUDIO, and guidelines for the contest. Failure to sign the release will result in forfeit of the prize. The prize is non transferable.
The winner will be responsible to furnish QUARANTINE STUDIO with appropriate reference images of their face, and send them via electronic mail to our studio inbox. We will send requirements for pictures along with the release once the winner is determined.
Few people can lay claim to having themselves forever immortalized as a limited edition collectible, and you don't even have to buy anything to enter. We wouldn't mind it if you at least "liked" us on FACEBOOK though, and maybe told a friend about this swinging dealio.

8. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" is impaired in any way and for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" to address the impairment and then resume the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual(s) it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!", entrants agree to release and hold harmless the The Evil Ed's The Walking Dead Podcast from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually.

Privacy Statement: The data collected during the Evil Ed's "Zombie Apocalypse & Halloween Prize Giveaway!" will not be given away or sold to third party agencies in any way. It will specifically be used to determine winners then promptly forgotten.
